How many people do I need to qualify as a group?
At Phoenix Theatre, you only need 10 people to get group benefits!
What will my group discount be?
All pricing is dependent on how many are in your and which performance you are interested in. The bigger the group, the better the pricing!
Is a deposit required?
A 20% discount is required to hold the seats and that deposit will be applied to your total order. The deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to another show within Phoenix Theatre’s current season.
When is my final payment due?
Final payment must be made three weeks prior to the date of the performance.
Will my group be seated together?
Phoenix Theatre makes every effort to seat all the members of your group together. If this is not possible your group may be split into smaller groups.
How do I get my tickets?
After the final payment is made, your tickets will be mailed to the group leader. If you prefer, we will put them in will call. Note: Will call will only deliver the tickets to the group leader and is unable to break up the tickets to each member of the group.
